Trauma changes lives, but it does not have to define them.

Left unaddressed, trauma disrupts individuals, families, relationships, leadership, and performance.

I help individuals, groups, and organizations understand trauma, restore emotional safety, and move forward                                                                          with clarity, resilience, and purpose.

As a certified trauma-informed professional and speaker, I help individuals, families,                        organizations and communities understand and process traumatic experiences so they can restore clarity,                                                  resilience, and a sense of wholeness to their mind, body, and spirit.

Trauma-Informed Speaking, Facilitation, and Education

Rooted in Experience. Guided by Compassion.

Mind Your M.A.D.N.E.S.S.

The creation of Mind Your M.A.D.N.E.S.S.™ emerged from a period of deep reflection, accountability, and reclamation. I needed language, structure, and tools to distinguish between my own internal responses and the patterns of trauma that had been inherited, normalized, and left unspoken. In many communities, conversations about depression, PTSD, emotional regulation, and anger are avoided rather than addressed. I recognized that in order to move forward, I first had to face and untangle the impact of lived trauma both personal and generational. Through that process, Mind Your M.A.D.N.E.S.S.™ took form as a trauma-informed framework designed to support healing at the intersection of self-awareness, nervous system regulation, and mindful navigation of emotional experiences. The framework reflects what I learned through both lived experience and professional practice: that facing trauma with intention, education, and compassion is a critical step toward wholeness, restoration, and sustainable change.

Trauma-Informed Birth Support

My commitment to trauma-informed birth support is grounded in both lived experience and professional training. Having navigated multiple complex and traumatic birth experiences myself, I understand how deeply birth can shape the nervous system, emotional well-being, and long-term sense of safety. As a Certified Full Spectrum Doula, I walk alongside birthing people with compassion, presence, and respect during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. My role is non-clinical and supportive, offering emotional grounding, advocacy, and trauma-informed education before, during, and after birth. Birth trauma does not exist in isolation. It can affect the body, relationships, and family systems and when left unaddressed, its impact may extend across generations. Healing that cycle requires informed support, gentle education, and space for processing and restoration. This work is rooted in honoring the birther’s story while supporting pathways toward safety, integration, and wholeness.

My work is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed. I meet individuals, families, and organizations where they are, offering space for reflection, clarity, and forward movement. This work is an invitation to reconnect, restore, and build what comes next with deep reflection and great intention.
